A day at Gymboree

4th Wedding Anniversary

Steve and I celebrated 4 years of marriage on February 26.......he sent me this fruit bouquet since the 4 year anniversary gift is fruit...very creative!

Fun things to do when it is cold outside.....

I took Brooks, Reese and Sloane to an inside play area one day...they loved it!

Valentine's Day 2009

Steve and I were able to go to dinner on Valentine's Day....here we are at Blue Fish Sushi...yum! Reese and Sloane LOVE their Elmo Live. They really like to squeeze his nose.....

Super Bowl Sunday

The girls decided to play on our bed after the game. It is amazing to see how much they have changed...even in the past month since they turned two. I love the smile on Reese's face.

We have had some ice days here in Texas...so when the weather was nice...we went to play!

A day at Gymboree and a birthday party

This Saturday was a busy one! We had Gymboree music class followed by a 1 year old birthday party. So, we decided to dress up: Reese

2 year check-up

Well, we just had our 2 year check -up and here are the stats:
Sloane Olivia weighs 26 lbs 6 oz and stands 34 1/2 inches tall.
Reese Elizabeth weighs 27 lbs 4 oz and stands 34 inches tall.
Brooks Logan weighs 23 lbs 4 oz and stands 33 14/ inches tall (Mommy's little boy)

Happy 2nd Birthday!

It is hard to believe that Brooks, Reese and Sloane are now 2 years old! Where did the time go? The trio had a birthday party this year with 20 of their friends! Yes, 20 toddlers! Here is Reese.....notice the last bite of cupcake along with the empty bag of Goldfish crackers.

Sloane loved her cupcake so much that she had icing all inside of her nose!

Candace's 40th birthday

Well, I could not stop it from happening....I am officially 40 years old! (On December 29)
It was a good day....Steve gave me the "day off" to myself. I enjoyed a morning at the gym, followed by breakfast at home and then off to the nail salon. My day ended with a massage just before leaving for dinner.
Steve arranged for some friends of mine to meet us at a local Mexican restaurant. They made me wear this sombrero and dance with a salt and pepper shaker. Oh, they LOUDLY announced to the entire restaurant that I was 40 years old. It was hard to swallow, hearing it out loud. :) All in all, one of the best birthdays yet!
