Thanksgiving Weekend

This year for Thanksgiving, I was hoping Brooks, Reese and Sloane might eat the traditional turkey dinner with us. Sadly, this was not the case! Instead, they had chicken fingers, fruit and yogurt. I guess chicken and turkey are close...right?

Later that weekend, TCU played it's final game of the season. As always, the Hickey Family dresses in purple to support the Horned Frogs. Reese cheered so hard that she fell asleep on Steve.
That night after dinner, Reese was showing off her writing skills.
I see "R", "E", "E", "S" and "E"......she is off to a good start!
The next night, the girls moved to the letter magnets to spell their names.

Earlier that day, Sloane had fallen out of her chair at the table (she does not sit her in chair), thus the huge bruise on her forehead.
