Bluebonnets & horses

Well, these pictures were taken almost 1 week ago....I can't stop looking at them!
Our amazing photographer, Betsy, did a small photo shoot in a field with bluebonnets and horses.

Betsy photos are below.....the first few were taken by Steve and I.....

We were happy to see that Brooks, Reese and Sloane were NOT afraid of the horses. In fact, they all wanted to feed them carrots.
Here is Reese saying "here horse" to this horse.....

Our family.....capture by Betsy....another favorite!

We enjoyed this special memory with the children and look forward to many more. Now when we are driving in the car and pass a field...we can hear three little voices in the back saying "horse....horse".....love it!

Egg Hunt and the Easter Bunny

Our local Mother of Multiples group had a egg hunt along with other activities. Last year, we did not participate in the egg hunt. Brooks, Reese and Sloane were only 14 months old and Brooks was not walking yet! This year...different story.... Here they are collecting eggs....notice that they are not carrying the baskets....they just wanted to run around and pick up eggs.
Reese was a little nervous about the Easter Bunny.....but they all seemed interested....

Here are Reese, Sloane and Brooks....waiting inside before the egg hunt. It was a little cool that morning....but the day turned out sunny and warm.

On our way to the egg hunt.....

St Patty's Day Parade on Greenville Ave. - Dallas, TX

We took Brooks, Reese and Sloane to their first St Patrick's Parade on Greenville Avenue. The three of them had a blast....especially Sloane. Here she is with Daddy....asking for beads from the people on the floats in the parade. Notice that she already had quite an amount of beads! Reese and Mommy.....
Brooks.....he was dancing to the music from the parade.

Sloane....waiting for more beads.....

Sloane with a few beads...this was before she realized people on the floats were throwing them to the crowd.....
Here we are.....much different from the parade days when we did not have children....ha ha ha!

Brooks, Reese and Sloane....waiting for the parade to begin. Needless to say, it was cold that day considering it was the middle of March!
