Here we are on our way to Colorado. We stopped to feed the trio breakfast on the side of the highway. When you have three children, you have to take a lot of things...thus the U-haul behind our Tahoe!
This was taken at one of the local playgrounds! Nice view, huh? Of course, the typically family picture...mommy and daddy looking at the camera...children not!
Here we are again...this time everyone was looking! (sort of)
Finally, a nice family picture! This river was next to our condo. Steve taught the trio how to throw rocks into this river.
Steve and I were able to get away for 2 hours. We took the ski lift up to the top of the mountain.Here we are...at the top!
This trip was a memorable experience. Brooks, Reese and Sloane had a great time and learned many new things. We are looking forward to the next family trip....maybe next summer!

What a great first family vacation!! Colorado is beautiful this time of year... well most all year long actually. Glad that the kiddos did okay on the 16 hour drives. You guys are very brave to tackle that for a first road trip! So glad you all had a great time. The pictures from the playground are great too!
Great pictures! I so love Colorado - we honeymooned there :) Aren't they so cute on the slide? I love that too :) Of course it's even better with that gorgeous mountain in the background!
So glad you survived your long trip - we've already taken a few that long to Florida. Not my favorite thing :)
