Last Friday, I was having lunch with my friend Tanya who is pregnant with her first child. During our lunch, I received a text message from another friend...Susan...about a children's furniture sale in Dallas....cheap things! Well, when you have triplets, you are ALWAYS looking for a bargain! So, we finished lunch and rushed to the sale...it was crazy! Women with their strollers running around this huge warehouse...tagging items left and right! At one time, I got so excited trying to rush over and tag some chairs.....my foot landed in a table with wheels and BAM....I landed flat on my bottom! :)
Anyway, it was so worth it......I bought the following:
4ft doll house WITH furniture = $30
Art table with 4 chairs = $42
2 pink rocking chairs for $10 each = $20
Kitchen = $25
Wooden doll bassinet = $5
Wooden doll high chair = $5
Wooden train set = $5
Adirondack bench with cushion = $10
The other fun part......my friend and I had to make 2 trips back and forth from the sale to my house to unload! The doll house was so big, it was hanging out of the back of my Tahoe!!

I read about the sale, but didn't put too much thought into it....Boy was I wrong - there is always next time.
Is it okay to say that I am insanely jealous??!! This is just one example of many as to why we should live closer to each other - we have the same brain - I SOO would've been right there with you!! Great job on all your stuff :) Leave more money for Gymboree shopping right??
Awe man! I was going to go to this but me and the kiddos were super sick with a bacterial infection they got from chickens at a petting zoo (yuck!). Oh well, next year!
